BENEFITS AND PAY PROGRAMS: 
VACATIONS: One (1) week will be earned after one (1) year of continuous employment, and two weeks will be earned after two (2) years continuous employment. Vacation pay is computed at 2400 miles per week and/or at driver's current rate.
401K: Drivers must have one year continuous employment before they may participate in this program. Pro Fleet will contribute 25% of employee’s first 6% invested.
HOLIDAY PAY: Six holidays paid at a rate of $75.00 each after completing the first 90-day probationary period.
INSURANCE: Health, dental and other insurance options are also available.
SENIORITY INCREASES: After a performance review, a driver will be eligible for an increase.
Drivers may be eligible for seniority raises of $0.005 per mile every six (6) months.
SIGN-ON BONUS: Pro Fleet offers a $1,000 sign on bonus paid out when a driver reaches 6 months past his/her date of employment. Restrictions apply.
ROADSIDE INSPECTION BONUS: A driver that turns in a DOT inspection report with no violations noted for either the driver or the vehicle will receive $100 if the inspection is properly logged.
DRIVER REFERRAL BONUS: Pro Fleet offers its drivers a $1000 bonus for recruiting a new driver. Bonus is distributed in two (2) increments: first half being paid when the referral has completed his/her orientation; the second half paid when the referral has completed three (3) months of service at Pro Fleet.

CUSTOMER REFERRAL BONUS: Pro fleet offers an incentive to drivers who recommend new customer accounts to our sales team. Bonuses begin with $5 and can become as much as $500 for a fiscal quarter. Details on this program will be provided upon employment.
HOME TIME: Pro Fleet being sensitive to drivers’ home time needs, works very hard with each individual driver to provide ample home time.
ANNUAL EARNINGS: Pro Fleet prides itself in having an aggressive pay program to attract the professional driver and to compensate them for the work they do. The base rate of pay will improved with years of service. You have the potential to earn $45,000-$50,000 the first year, which includes such items as tarp pay, deadhead mileage, detention and layover pay, and more.
EQUIPMENT: Pro Fleet takes pride in its equipment. Our late-model power  units are conventional tractors with air ride suspensions and cabs equipped with the driver's comfort in mind. Tractors are assigned to individual drivers, have refrigerators, most have GPS satellite equipment, and no-slip seating. Our trailers include 48' and 53' air ride flatbeds, curtain-sides and Roll-Tite™s. All of our equipment is selected to provide the tools needed by the professional driver.
